Subject: The Spiral of Paradise. Way to get here, you can almost wake up! Due to length and the fact that this post will DEFINITELY require paragraphs to post properly, it's inside. I realize this is confusing. Don't worry too much about it. It'll either make sense later or it won't.

The portal is a classic, pulling you all through in a spiral of flashing and rapid colors. But Guide's unsteady mind soon becomes evident when the portal flickers, and colors divide to show what is behind. The void is immense. Surprisingly, it isn't black, but instead a dull shade of off-white, like an old lightbulb before it starts to flicker and die. Inside the void are black spheres, orbiting around each other and following one another as they travel downward toward the center of the void, which looks like a tiny blue dot.

The portal appears as a tunnel of light. You can all see it as it leaves one sphere and it seems to travel along until it reaches into another sphere. It would appear as though these spheres are paradises.

At one point the rips in the portal grow larger. The lights are fewer than the rips, and a rush of noise enters, making it impossible for anyone to be heard. When this happens, the portal seems to sway and slow down. Then the lights disappear completely, and you find yourselves stranded in the spiral. Floating on nothing, not moving, but somehow able to breathe, you are all now in some bizarre "inbetween" area. The noise is now gone, by the way. (It was like having your window down on a highway, but since you aren't moving the wind isn't screaming anymore.)

‘Everyone, stay together. I don't know where those snakes are, but we don't want to be seperated here...' Guide seems awfully calm when she continues, ‘Try to imagine going upward. If you touch the center you'll cease.'

OOC: By the way, I would have done this on Sunday, but I've started a webcomic, and I've been busy trying to draw enough pages. Stupid thing takes up a lot of effort.

Oh, and feel free to explore. The snakes won't be coming for a while, and most of the spheres aren't dangerous.
