Subject: Nia dropped her branch and flipped under the branch she was standing on grapping Skye by the collar mid fall, "that was a close one" said Nia, hanging from the branch by her feet while holding Skye.

  • Skye blinked in surprise. She had thought she was going down for sure. "Thanks," she said "That was strange. Birds don't normally act like that. Some of them will attack small animals to protect their nest but they usually won't attack people. We're too big for them." Suddenly realizing that she was still hanging by her collar and it was getting hard to breath (as the collar was pulled tight against her throat). She swung herself to a nearby branch and once she was sure that she was on it she said "I'm fine, you can let go now." (NT) -- SKye, 07:21:39 07/21/04 Wed
