The wolf lunging at Kia notices her sword, just like the last one. This one is a little brighter though, and is not deterred by the shining metal. He keeps his gaze on Kia herself, and watches her actions. When he gets close to sword range, he drops his charge and lopes into position. The sword might reach him, but its uncertain. The wolf keeps his eyes on Kia, but his eyes are slightly glazed, and he somehow looks distracted.

The wolves seem chastising to the tiger, ‘Friend-beast, you are not our leader. You are not our master. We do not obey you, even if you be a brother.' They seem ready to attack the tiger as well as the human, when the gentle voice of the alpha wolf reaches all of their minds, ‘Let our friend-beast try. It is what I asked him to do, and I know that you will obey me.' The wolves stop all attempts of an offensive nearby Naverin and Chaos. They simply stand, waiting.

Chaos has a large, although infant, tiger on his chest. He is now pinned against the ground. The sword bounced away when he hit the ground, but it is in reach. As mentioned before, the wolves have stopped.

‘Creselin Lunae? That is an unusual name. Even for the human-kind, that name is odd. I am—‘ images of moon, shadow, battle, and lush deep forests fill Lunae's mind. These are accompanied by strange scents, and the feeling of thick grey fur. Above all, a distinct howl fills Lunae's mind to the point that she feels certain she will go deaf, ‘—but I have been told that humans have difficulty pronouncing my name. I am aesir, and have been called Fenvir by many men. Do you know me, Creselin Lunae?'
