  • The white doe ((she cant' be a stag.)) continues on her way, stopping to graze on the thin grass growing on the forest floor. Suddenly, she froze, then swung her head up, tense. (NT) -- Fate, 12:42:38 03/01/03 Sat

• :: hearing the rustle and from where it came from, he realized that it was a rabbit that he had smelt. He moved further toward the deer silent as the evening sky. he moves with in arrow shot, but, knowing the hide of the White deer to be tough, he moved a little closer to where he could be sure of both the shot and the penitration of the arrow. He carefully took aim and waited for the deer to raise it's head and look his direction. He made a slight noise, not enough to startle the deer, but enough to make her aware the something was out there. He waited:: (NT) -- penherst, 14:04:17 03/01/03 Sat

    • The arrow strikes home, and the deer's head is thrown back with the force of the blow. The doe staggers into the underbrush and out of sight. (NT) -- Fate, 14:37:44 03/03/03 Mon
• :: Penherst moves in a small circle around till the doe is in site again. he looses another arrow at the head of the doe to try and finish it off with as little pain as possible to the deer:: (NT) -- Penherst, 15:09:50 03/03/03 Mon
  • Just as Penherst is loosing the second arrow, the doe staggers and falls to the ground, dead. The arrow flies off into the forest. (NT) -- Fate, 15:12:46 03/03/03 Mon
• :: cursing as the arrow misses its target, Penherst moves up to the doe. After an examination, Penherst removes the arrow, cleans it, puts in in a side pocket on his quiver. He bandages the wound after cleaning up most of the blood. He didn't want any other preditors following him on the scent of blood injury. He heaves the doe onto his shoulders and takes a few stumbling steps before he is moving through the forrest back to the cliffs:: (NT) -- Penherst, 15:23:47 03/03/03 Mon
