Subject: Twilight glanced back, only to find Crystaline breathing heavily against a tree. He instantly dropped the arrow back to his quiver and rushed to her side. He whispered in a low voice, "Crystaline! What's the matter? Are your wounds agitating you?" A sudden jolt of pain shot through his side, where his own wound was. Twilight gritted his teeth and silently cursed, but he wouldn't let Crystaline know. He wouldn't let her know that it had nearly killed him carrying her here.

  • Crystaline smiled at him, and said, "No, just need a rest. That's all." She scooted down and sat at the base of the tree, trying to let the air into her lungs to slow down her heart beat. She looked at him, seeing him flinch in pain at his own wound, and laughed. "What fools we are! Ok!! I'll tell you, I can't go another step!!" She smiled. That burden off her shoulders.
