Subject: Meanwhile, after hearing the crack of his 'front door', the bandit began to set his traps, cross-bows that were triggered by the removal of the doorway, and side prongs that shot out at lightning speed meant to skewer any intruder were also triggered by the removal of the door. That done, he walked to the back of the room, and motioned to Crystaline to come to him. "Come, me heart, and sit on me lap. We'll be waitin' for those men right here." (ooc: more inside)

He grabbed her arm forcefully, and sat her upon his lap, and brought the knife back up to her throat. "Just waitin' for those men. They'll be gettin' a bit of a surprise, though."

She won't know to shelter herself, and even if she did, I don't think she could. You have to take every precaution nessesary to keep that door from falling.
