Subject: Crystaline furiously...

began working at her bonds, nearly choking in the smoke that was building up from the fire. Through the smoke Crystaline saw something that made her heart almost stop. It was the knife that she pulled from the bandit's back. In his hurry to build the flames, and escape, he knocked it closer to her. She hoped desparately that it was within reach. Crystaline's hands had been tied in front, thank her luckey stars, and she leaned to the side, arms outstretched as far as they could go. She had it!! She reached the knife!!! She quickly put the knife in between her legs, and sawed the ropes that held her hands bound by rubbing up and down on the blade. Those breaking apart, she quickly cut herself free of her bonds, and she undid the gag around her mouth, spitting out the cloth stuffed in it. She tried to find a way out of the chamber, which was quicly becoming an inferno. The door was blocked by the fire.. but why didn't she just pull the lever again to make it go back up? No one was standing outside.. at least she didn't think so... She grabbed the lever, and pulled. The door swung up and out of the way, the traps springing, but harming no one. She vaulted over the burning pile of junk, and ran outside. "Quickly!! The bandit is getting away!! Hurry to the back!!" She called to everyone as she ran out of the cave that was pouring smoke.
