Jent gives a quick grin at Mylak as a hello, but kneels at Jexa's side and runs an experienced hand over her extended belly. "Wow, she is almost ready. Probably today, so we'll have to be careful. See how she's on her side and horizontal? We want to keep her that way. If we turn her vertical, pups may come sliding out," he adds, a touch of humour in his voice. Running his fingers through the canine's fur, he nods. "Alright. Take her shoulders and keep her head against your stomach; I'll take her hind end. It's not a far walk to the Kennels, and the room is prepared for her." At a count of three (let's just say we're working together, eh?), Jent lifts his end. "Now, try to roll your feet, makes moving easier," he instructs, moving towards the door carefully and smoothly.
