凌晨兩點，貓爸心情不爽，提著購物袋，步行前往便利商店購物。
前方紅藍警示燈交錯閃耀，警察兩名。
一人向貓爸揮舞手中紅色閃光棒，示意停下。
警察甲：「先生麻煩身分證看一下謝謝！」
貓　爸：「我去7-11買東西。」
警察甲：「我是說麻煩你把身分證拿出來我們看一下，
跟你去7-11有什麼關係？」
貓　爸：「對啊！既然去7-11跟身分證沒關係，
那我去7-11幹嘛帶身分證？」
警察甲：「....」
另一名警察看同僚招架不住，過來助陣。
警察乙：「先生不好意思請你配合一下，不然的話可能要
請你到派出所走一趟。」
貓　爸：「為什麼要去派出所？」
警察乙：「依據大法官的解釋，如果路檢查到民眾沒帶身分證的話，
是可以帶回警局的....」
貓　爸：「我怎麼知道去7-11買個東西會遇到警察路檢？」
警察甲：「可是法令規定，出門應該隨身攜帶身分證備查....」
貓　爸：「請問刑法第十條第五項第二款規定什麼？」
警　察：「....」
貓　爸：「那是性交的另一種態樣，以性器以外之其他身體部位
或器物進入他人之性器、肛門之行為。你們是警察都不知道了，
我怎麼會知道有那種法令....」
警察乙用台語對警察甲說：「跟他廢話那麼多幹嘛？」
又轉頭對我說：「先生你如果沒有身分證的話，
我要帶你回派出所了....」說著就拿起對講機。
貓爸從購物袋裡拿出皮夾，取出身分證說：
「我什麼時候說我沒帶身分證了？」
警察甲超不爽，大聲說道：
「你幹嘛不早拿出來，在這裡浪費時間....」
貓爸聳聳肩，再掏出台北律師公會發的證件，說道：
「這張夠證明我是良民了吧？我可以去買東西了嗎？」
警　察：「....」
