± In a few minutes that had seemed like hours ivory bruja reaches end of trail, sphere's searching seemingly dead end despretely for opening of any sort. Finally, gaze falls upon a narrow pathway, almost completely hidden from view by vines and such decorating the stone walls. Pushing through the foliage she finds herself in the cavern...yet on the other side of the lake. ±

± Expression frantic, heart pounding with terror, vissage extends, shrill scream peircing air. "RED!!! Get away from the water! NOW!!" ±

:^: Head snaps up at the sound of mothers voice, oculi revealing young one's surprise. Standing stock still, frown crosses blackened lips. Before he has time to register her words however, attention is turned to strange movement in now oddly dark water. Straining to make out object, sphere's widden with terror as the object suddenly bursts worth from the water, a tenticle like arm reaching out towards him. Fearful scream echos from vocals, limbs scrambling to carry him back, out of creatures reach, razors slipping 'pon slippery stones, forbidding him to get away. :^:

^~^ Unfamilur whinney echo's throughout cavern, flash of black all that is seen as large object hurls toward youth and creature. Flying past colt, beast slows, sharp razors lashing out, tearing at skin of creature. Stomach turning sound comes from water's depth, strange creature dissapearing into lake. Oculi of obsidan turn to frightened youth, expression firm, yet tone, somehow, gentle. "Get back to the path." ^~^

:^: Trembling lightly he mearly nods weakly to the stranger, regaining control of himself and stepping out of the water and back to the bottom of the path, obviously shocked and stunned, still trying to figure out just what happened. :^:

± Heart stands still once again as creature appears, no thought given as appendages stretch out, carrying femina forwards at lightening speed, around large lake. Reaching other side by the time the stranger had appeared she rushes to childs side, to relieved of his safety at the moment to scold. Lowering velvetine muzzle she pulls colt into 'hug', showering nuzzles 'pon dazed young one. ±
