GREATER BUFFALO NSA 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u NATIONAL QUALIFIER

TOURNAMENT DATES: 12u and 18u June 14th & 15th, 2003
14u and 16u July 12th & 13th, 2003
ENTRY FEE: $275.00 (us funds)
GUARANTEED GAMES: 4 Games
MAX.TEAMS ALLOWED: 32 per age group
LOCATION: Hamburg, NY (suburb of Buffalo)
CLASS: A & B Girls Fastpitch
FORMAT:4 Game guarantee. Round Robin play
on Saturday. Followed by single
elimination play on Sunday.

LAST CHANCE QUALIFIER FOR 2003 "WORLD SERIES"
OR
The champions and the runner-up team will qualify for the NSA "A" WORLD SERIES in 2004.
The teams that make it to the semi-final round will qualify for the NSA "B" WORLD SERIES in 2004.This will give the tournament qualifiers, more than a year to plan for their trip to the NSA WORLD SERIES.
Individual trophies will be given to champion and runner up participants.

We are very proud to announce the 5th annual "GREATER BUFFALO" NSA WORLD SERIES NATIONAL QUALIFIER. Every year our tournament boasts one of the strongest 12u, 14u, 16u, and 18u fields of the summer. The best teams representing the NorthEast vie for our prestigious championship and a berth to the NSA Nationals. Over 100 teams from 5 states and Canada will participate in this two day event.Past years have brought teams in from CANADA, MAINE, MARYLAND, MICHIGAN, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, OHIO and PENNSYLVANIA.
If you think your team has what it takes- come on and enter our tournament. We would love hosting your team and having them leave with a great softball experience that they will never forget.

NEW THIS YEAR: NSA GUIDE LINES FOR TOURNAMET REGISTRATION
~ Teams shall be registered NSA by going to http://www.nsaforms.com/ then click on Sanction / Registration.
~ After submittal of registration fees to the State Director (where the team resides) a sanction number will be sent to the team. This may very from the method from state to state.
~ After receiving the State Registration Number teams may enter NSA tournaments in any state they wish thru the online tournament registration. Teams will have to have their online roster completed before tournament registration will be allowed. Please note no paper rosters will be sent this year. Teams shall be responsible for printing their online rosters and getting the parents signatures before tournament play for youth teams.
~ To use online tournament entry go to http://www.nsaforms.com/ then click on team login and enter required info. This is where you add your roster info and will allow you to see and enter tournaments.
~ Tournament entry fees will be mailed to organization hosting the event (in this case checks should be made out to HAMBURG JR. BASEBALL / GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE) Forward to: EDWARD WARHOL, 56 SHERBURN DR. HAMBURG, NY 14075

ABOUT OUR COMPLEXES
We have 14 diamonds with 5 lighted between 4 complexes, all within a three mile area. We are located in Hamburg, N.Y., which is a suburb 10 miles south of Buffalo. Buffalo is located in the Western portion of New York State. Hamburg has many hotels and restaurants for out of town teams. Many area attractions are close by. Buffalo waterfront, Niagara Falls, 6 Flags Darien Lake Theme Park / Resort
