i do 3000 of the following at my max pl

pushups
situps
crunches
leg lifts
punches
kicks
vertical pushups
vertical pushups on both of my fists
vertical pushups on each of my fingers

then i hang myself upside down and do situps like that for 5 hours non stop

then i run the length of saturn and the sun combined 10 times

after that i rest for a hour

then i do 1000 up-downs for a hour

then i do 1000 squats

then i practice all my moves

then i make a big bang and i fire it and i have it fly after me and i have it chase me for 10 hours non stop until i turn around and blow it up

then i meditate for the rest of what i think is a day
