Subject: Training really hard for the tournment!!

i put a 10 lb bag of sand on each one of my shoulders and then i fly as fast as i can go around the htc for 5 hours. then i do 18,000 situps, pushups, back hand springs, kicks, punches and back bends into hand stand. Then i put those 10 lb bags on my arms and i do 10,000 back hand springs. then i put 5 lb weights on my back and do 50,000 laps in the ocean.
Then i meditate.
