Subject: Training

I know not many of you trained very much, but I know you all still worked. I just want to know how many miles you did over winter and what was your longest run. Also which is better, high or low mileage. By high I mean 60-90 a week, low is 30-60. I know the Raes do low, and Sage and Keller do high. So they both work but which is better? I ran 350 miles, my long run was about 14-15. I think about 80 a week is good, eventhough I am starting to come around to low mileage.
