Subject: How can I title this

Everything is changing
things are getting better
I can see it
in his heart and in his smile
we've worked so hard together
these past weeks
and he has pulled the line
he says he wants me
wants me to be happy
wants me to be the winner
I can hear the truth in his words
little thoughtful things that turn my head
everyday and make me think
maybe I should give this another try
he loves his children so
and knows them each by name
he will take care of them
and a happy home is the
best garden for growing
such a beautiful,
unselfish priority
they are
we've started to improve
our communication
with the help of a mentor
who cheers us on
I've spoken of my wanderings
she says it's best to pull in tight,
refrain and focus on the task at hand
for there to be any chance to succeed
the level of dedication will determine
the outcome
I am determined to try
I hope that you can understand
I know that if you saw a glimmer of hope
to rekindle your love
you would jump at the chance
and I would be happy for you
be happy for me
perhaps this will go nowhere
and I will be left where I was
If it doesn't work out we've lost
but a little stolen time
we didn't have anyway
I care for you deeply and strongly
there will always be a connection
but right now I need to try
to reconnect for the
sake of those that
rely on me most
