Had a great little clam boil with Betty, Danny, Aunt Janet and Uncle Bob: appetizers were cheese and crackers, raw vegs, grilled kielbasa, and soft drinks or beer; main dish was 3 types of clams, white and sweet potatoes, sausage links, carrots, onions, and this time lobsters. Dessert was Danny's pecan pie, my sister Jane's recipe for blackberry pie, coffee and camomile tea. At some point Danny and Betty sang two camp songs, one about Aunt Jemima and Uncle Jim; and the other about seven men in a bed--a variation on one I know. Wish I had had the tape recorder set up, but they just enjoyed themselves. Bill and Mary showed up in time for pie.
