Subject: the storm

She gives a frightened squeal when the rain begins to pick up, and races after Risk and Cavu, following them into the caves. Her whole body shakes and she snorts constantly - the whites of her eyes show.
Cavu looks to the entrance of the cave, watching everything that is happening. She looks to Risk, and nickers, then moves over to her friend, and nuzzles her, trying to calm her down.

- Cavu watches Risk - not liking him to be so close to the edge. She nickers to him, asking him to come over and join her and Karma at the back (NT) -- Cavu, 11:16:13 09/05/01 Wed

    - She grows more frightened with each moment, her body rattles violently from her frightened shaking. When she hears the thunder she squeals, pressing herself right up against the back wall - looking from Cavu ro Risk and back again. Her ears flatten and the whites of her eyes show, she is in a miserable state due to the storm, and none can calm her nerves, she hopes urgently that soon the storm will be finished - yet it seems to only be getting worse (NT) -- Karma, 14:08:53 09/05/01 Wed
      - He nickers, trying to comfort Cavu and Karma. He nuzzles Cavu, and walks over to the mouth of the cave, the mountain was wrecked. He galnces about, finding practically no food at least not enough to last them for a few days, worried, he nickers to Cavu, telling her to go to the meadow. Trotting over to Karma, he nudges her, trying to get her moving towards the meadows,too. (NT) -- Risk, 12:18:46 09/06/01 Thu
Cavu has grown tired from the day, she circles round slowly, then lays down - soon falling asleep. Karma, still frightened stays standing - she will stay up and awake until the storm has passed (NT) -- Cavu and Karma, 14:17:23 09/05/01 Wed
