Subject: going away

my dearest Vanah,

I am afraid that I must return back to my family home for
a few days. I must retrieve something that has been in my family for centuries. It means a great deal to me and I find that I am in need of it. I shall only be gone a a few days, a week at the most. I only intend to retrieve the object and return here to you and the children. Pleased give the children my love and tell them I will see them upon my return.
