Subject: Sword Play

Connell steps out onto the parapet of the northern tower after a long and sweaty climb. It was a very good warm up for the work out he was planning to put him self through. Walking over to the side he stripped down to his leather breeches, knee high riding boots, and his sword belt/scabbarded sword. Once he had finished that he began to warm up by doing some stretching exercises. When he felt loose he walked to the center of the parapet and began his sword forms. Starting with �Unfolding the Fan� and flowing into mid-guard position. From this Connell moves into �Boar Rushes Down the Mountain�, followed by �Bundling Straw�. From this he moves into a series of moves almost like a dance, �Cat Crosses the Courtyard, Cat Dances on the Wall, and Cat on Hot Sand� he moves into �Courtier Taps His Fan� and finishes with �Folding the Fan�.
At this point Connell takes a moment to look around and catch his breath.
