Hears the howl of a lone wolf far off in the distance and she catches a whiff of a strong new scent. Approaching the sound she sees a male in submitting stance at the boundaries of her territorie. Seeing that the beast looked beat and run down, she didn't tense up as much as she normally does while joining another without her mate. When finally the animal was lying at her feet, she bent down to sniff him. Keeping a watchfull gaze on him she nudged his sides, limbs and muscles to see if his body was worthy of joining. Just by doing this se could tell that he had been through a lot in the past and by his looks he was most likely kept in a zoo. Another thing she could smell was strong smoke beaded in his tangled fur. Steppin back, she saw for the first time that he was a handsome fellow and well mannered, most likely very honest. He would be good as an Alpha, but she could not let him win her mates position and they'd have to do well to not let him get any ideas of challenging them. Perhaps she'd allow him to be there guard once he was rested and well refreshed, though that may take awhile so she decided on letting him be Gamma male for the moment. Nodding in approval, she watched as he clambered up onto his steady paws, she did not let her gaze wonder from his.

Felt uncomfortable as the Alpha she-beast nudged his sides and muscles for he was sore and weak from past adventures. Getting up from the rough terra he shook his pelt, freeing the grass and sweat from his soft thick fur. Bowing in thanks for the acceptance he stood and allowed the female leave, ladies first. Male could sense deep concentration and perhaps slight confusion in the eyes of the other, and he wondered what was wrong. Though he dared not ask for if she was like any other evils around here it may cause offense and even anger.
