Subject: Tired Heart.

Slowly, Z walks pack into the pack's land. He looks around, crimson eyes dull. He smells the air and sees that no outsiders have been here, but his daughter - Dream Ray - was here. He sighs and lays down.

*the beta male of the pack, Midnight Star, slunk over to Z. He was upset too, a little too upset. His mate had left him all alone to raise eight young pups. Then four of them left for their mother. His heart aches and his body grows old, not being able to handle the heart ache. He plops down next to Z and heaves a large sigh, a sadened sigh. A small tear trickles down one of his cheeks. Nothing could ever bring him out of the hole he plunged into.*

Z glances at the beta with his eyes only, and then lifts his head a bit. His ears pull back in sadness a he thinks.
"You seem quite sad," he says in a quiet voice. "You need to talk about it? Or do you wish to stay silent?"

He sighs and shacks his head.
"No, I'm sorry..." Lonely eyes look up at the sky, a tired heart longing for the days of old when he ran through this world more free than any bird. "But as long as they are happy... I see no harm." Z suddenly jumps up, his crimson-brown eyes looking at something no other could see. "I'm sorry, very much. I know not of lossing for I leave before I can." He shacks his head. "I wish you happyness though in your life ahead. Do as your heart tells you and you'll never regret it, trust me."
He smiles, with a small nod.
"However, I fear my time here is ending, my hert tells me to go. I will miss my pack, love, children, and world, bu I would never want them to see me as I will be, but remember me as I am. Until our paths cross again, I say so long."
Z looks at him, and then trots off.
