Seems to me that Storm's owner mentions that the vast majority of times-Storm was on leash. It was other off leash dogs approaching him that caused problems.

Personally,I doubt most of my neighbors even know I own Pit Bulls. I can't walk them down my street because all the damn neighbors allow their dogs to run loose.

No answer is going to be good enough for her Meilani. She throws her off the wall scare mongering posts out there because of her own obssession with the breed. She wants to instill fear in people about Pit Bulls.

Did you see her classic post where she told us that a large urban zoo has an absolutely horrifying problem with loose Pit Bulls getting into the cages and killing zoo animals? She told us they trapped Pit Bulls on an almost daily basis.

Of course,she couldn't produce the name of the zoo or proof of her allegations. You can't reason with someone like that. She's a nut-to put it simply.
