how Primrose is allowed to monopolize PDP with impunity?

I almost feel sorry for Casey. She and her cohorts can censor and delete and "sweep" the comments of others from the board, but can she do it to Primmy?

And if she keeps Primmy's obsessive repetitive arguments up, and allows her to drive away the board regulars, how can she explain that?
Oh, my! Such a dilemma! Her little head must be ready to explode.:(
