Mr.lEE, firstly I would appreciated what you have done
for the school. I know that you have done your part well. But I
can assure you that most of your teachers just blindly receive their
salary.

I interview few of the student :-

(1) Saya masuk class teach whatever is there, I don't care you understand
or want to learn or not, I still received my salary.

(2) Most of the time there is no teachers attained to the class,
Of cos, the student will turn wild.

(3) If you complaint to higher authority, your kids will be black listed.

(4) Teacher scold the student using dirty words.

Hoping that somebody can give comment on this.

As 4 me, as a teacher, u must have positive thinking.
