I know how you feel, and I wish I could say time will ease your pain, but it hasn't for me. We just lost a daughter, Myst. *He lowers his head* Washita, she's not doing and the pack, we want to melt our packs together. In doing this I ask a favor. I am an older wolf, an elder. I seek no position for me. I was going to give Nicolae the pack. If you have no beta can he be? *He sighs* I know it's a lot to ask. *In his eyes you can see sadness and worry.* I just know Washita would be happier here. I can't see her so sad. Nicolae is strong. Mydnite wants only revenge, I know how that feels.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't know about Myst," he says, true sadness and worry for his family showing in his face. "I'll do everything I can to help you all. Of course we can melt our packs together, and no, we have no beta. Nicolae looks like a good wolf; I'll gladly give the position to him. My mate, Sierra, has said I can give the ranks to those I feel worthy, and after all he's my nephew. It's not much to ask at all, Romulus, all things concidered. Anything that can help you, I will do. We're family."

I haven't yet, no. I'd love to, but first I need to talk to Washita, in fact you may hate me after I find Washita. I want to stay here, but I've heard of females before who couldn't stand to see their mates after a child died. I have to see what Washita wants of me. *A look from his eyes tell you this was a conversation he was dreading.* Sierra, huh? That's a pretty name.

"She is nice," he says, but this time he doesn't smile. He thinks of his dead niece and those she left behind, and there is worry in his eyes. "Look, when you speak to her, tell Washita I'll come see her as soon as I can, but I'm very busy right now. It seems like everyone wants a piece of me. And don't worry, I don't think she'll push you away. She's not very strong, Romulus. She had a traumatic childhood. She's always needed someone to back her up," he says, thinking of the shy teen he remembers from his childhood.

I'm worried the pain will get to her, and she'll get lost in her saddness. *He falls to the ground weeping* I'll be lost without her, I need her. I can't go on without her. She- she is my entire world. Even if she asks me to go, I'll still be there for her she knows that. I love her more than anything. I'm sorry to do this to you. I'll go tell Nicolae he can be beta male, unless you would like to tell him.
