Ages 0-3 Check in: 12:30pm Begin at 1:00pm
Ages 4-12 Check in: 2:00pm Begin at 2:30pm or following Baby Awards

Age Divisions: Babies..........0-11 months; 12-23 months; 2-3 years
Youth..............4-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-12 years

50�s or 60�s Wear (your choice) $30.00

Deadline: Early Discount Date � April 27th Final Deadline � May 4th

General Information:
1) Any unsportsmanlike behavior by a contestant, parent, family member or coach will be cause for immediate disqualification of your contestant without refund.
2) Contestants are judged on overall appearance, smile, personality, interaction with the judges, and confidence. Is she having a good time? Please, no heavy makeup or lipstick on the young ones. Everything in moderation!
3) Pageant Dress should be short and modeling will be pro-am style or your choice of style. We will have background music.
4) Sportswear should be your own style. Glitz is great and it can be colorful and fun. You can use pants, shorts, Capri pants, dress or anything else you feel fits this category.
5) The Special Event is 50�s/60�s Wear. Be creative & have fun with this one. Just don�t get too �sexy� for your child�s age.
6) Photogenic - Bring 5X7 or 8X10 Black & White or Color Head Shot of the Contestant
7) Talent music should be on CASSETTE TAPE with one song, cued & ready to play or a CD with your name and the # of the song to play clearly marked.

All Mother�s of Contestants will receive a special Surprise from us just for Mother�s Day!

No Entry will be accepted at the door, so don�t be late! Only 40 contestants total will be taken (first come-first serve). Mail your entry form and Cashier�s Check or Money Order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS) payable to:
