What laws were violated the day of the election? You need to share these with us since neither the Collin County D.A.'s office not the State Ethics Commission were never notified of any violations.

I know nothing of the letter written by Zapata to the Enterprise. I don't own stock in the Enterprise so I don't feel I would have much influence on how they chose to run or not run a letter. My piddly weekly ad only costs $35.00 a week, so I doubt very seriously if my business, such as it is, would influence the owners to side with me in difference to anyone else, especially if what was said was LIGITIMATE. I believe the legitmatcy of the letter is probably what the editor and the owner looked at. I certainly have no more influence than any other citizen in the community.

I have no animosity toward Caplan. Why should I? I defeated him. I am not computer savy and his site is too complicated for my tastes where the other MBS are so simple to participate. I feel that is my choice where I surf. That choice is a freedom our country has had several wars to defend. I like the KISS philosophy myself. It sure makes life a lot easier for those of us who aren't techies.
