>When I lived in California 19 years ago there were some neighborhoods in East Los Angeles where some of the local guys from one area began having disputes with other guys from another area not too far from their neighborhood. The disagreements got so frequent and eventually escalated to the point where carloads of guys from one neighborhood (barrio) would drive to the other (enemy) neighborhood and get into bloody fist fights.

It all started out with simple disagreements which they were not able to reconcile which led to the bloody fist fights which eventually led to drive by shootings.

This all started in East Los Angeles a mostly Hispanic area of town, eventually it spread to South Central Los Angeles mostly African American. Finally with the infusion of the drug trade it has spread all over the entire country from large metropolitan areas to small town USA.

The moral of the story...it all started with disagreements which could not be reconciled...

When I was a kid, I saw an episode of the Twilight
