You peer over a hill and gaze in awe at the beauty you see set before you. You see a winding river, back by a beautiful and tall mountains. The mountains are silloueted as the sun comes up from behind them. The beauty is immense and you are so lost in it that you don't see the wolf coming toward your left side. You hear a voice and you turn quickly to see a large male standing to your right.

"It really is beautiful, isn't it? I like to sit up here in the morning to just watch the sun rise. I'm glad me and my mate picked this to be our territory."

He turns to you and smiles. He sits on his powerful haunches, head held high. He looked to be a proud alpha male.

"My name is Zoda. My mate is Asuka. We are the alphas of what you see here. We called it Steigenden Sonne..."

He watches the puzzled look on your face. He can't help but to grin playfully at you, liking to keep you in question.

"In german it means Rising Sun. I think it fits it quite well. Steigenden Sonne is a mixed pack, a wolf with any side may join us. And you may too, if you wish".

He stands up and trots down the hill. You watch him and see him trotting toward a female. He nuzzles her and you know that the female must be Asuka, his mate and Alpha Female of Steigenden Sonne. You smile at the couple and then stare at the beauty before you, thinking things over.
