PARTYWEAR: (Mandatory) Partywear, Pageant wear, or Sunday Best is required.
Attire should be appropriate for the age of the Contestant, it should have a
proper fit and be complementary to the Contestant. Total score from
Fashion/Fit, Beauty, personality, and over-all appearance will be combined to
determine the Queen/King in each division.
HOLIDAY-WEAR: (optional) Must be holiday related, anything goes. Can be a ,
dress, pant-suit or costume. Scores from Fashion/fit, PERSONALITY & Over-all
Appearance. 2nd holidaywear available, highest score is used for titles.
(small fee)
PHOTOGENIC: (Optional) Head Shot--8x10 or smaller, no frames. Photo will be
returned after the pageant. Judged on Clarity, Eye Contact & Personality.
(4) Winners receive an Award & Cash.
PORTFOLIO: (Optional) 8-15 pictures-must be in a book and all the same size.
Judged on Varitey, Clarity & Over-all appeal. (4) Winners will receive an
Award, & Cash.
COMPOSITE: (Optional) Composition of 4-6 photos on 1 page. Photos should
be no larger than 5x7. Judged on Variety, Clarity & Over-all appeal. (4)
Winners receive an Award & Cash.
Photogenic, Portfolio or Composite score: The highest of the 3 May be used
for your Photogenic score. You may double win in Photogenic, Portfolio &
Composite. (Talent is a seperate contest -you may double win in talent as
well).
Door Supremes (optional) Best Fashion, Most Beautifull, Best Personality.
Supreme Package: Partywear, Holidaywear, & Photogenic. The highest combined
scores determine Supremes & Grands.
(3) Grand Supremes will receive, LARGE Crowns, Monogramed Banners, Santa
Trophies & 6 Foot stuffed Stockings.
(4) Mini Supremes will recieve Beautiful Crowns, Monogramed Banners, Santa
Trophies & 4 Foot Stuffed Stockings.
(3) Door Supreme Winners receive: Beautiful Crowns, Monogramed Banners, Santa
Trophies & 4 Foot Stuffed Stockings.
(4) Holidaywear Supremes receive Beautiful Crown, Monogramed Banner & 4 foot
Stuffed Stockings.
(12) Divisional Supremes will recieve a Nice Crown and 4 Foot Stuffed
Stockings.
(12) Divisional Beauty Queens/Kings will win a Nice Crown, Banner & 4 Foot

All alternates will win Nice Crowns (girls), medalians (boys), and 4 Foot
Stockings.
Concession is open & we will have a FUN " Christmas Cake Walk".
Visit with Santa & give him your Christmas list, he will answer all childrens
letters given to him with a SASE.
Talent (optional) Seperate contest, scores do not go into Supreme or
Divisional Beauty Titles. Must be 3 Min. or less. Can be anything that
entertains, ex: song, dance, poem, piano, gymnastics, baton, a cheer ect.
Judged on difficulty according to age, costume, and over-all appeal. A Grand
Supreme, (3) Mini Supremes and (9) Divisional Supremes will win a Nice
Trophy, Banner and a Gift. All alternates will receive a Banner and a Gift.

You may sell Sponsor tickets for $1.00 each to compete for this title. Sell 275 tickets and you can enter Beauty, SW, and Photo for free plus you will receive a 2 foot trophy. The one person selling the most tickets over 275 will be named Grand Sweetheart and receive a 5 foot trophy. All money must be turned in to my office no later than Feb. 10. Any contestant that gets 4 paid referrals can enter the Supreme package free. You must make copies of this entry form and be sure your name is on the referred by line. Contestants must be new, and not on my mailing list.
Decorate your Door Competition
Decorate your hotel room door to wish all contestants Good luck and show your spirit of pageantry. Be sure not to use tape that will ruin paint on the door. You must mail in your $15 entry fee prior to pageant. The one winning door entrant gets 1/2 the Cash back of the door entry fees.
Grand Supreme: The one contestant with the highest score in Beauty, Photo, and Sportswear will be awarded this prestige title and will receive a 6 foot trophy, 7" beautiful rhinestone Crown, satin banner, Pageant T-shirt, & $100 cash guaranteed! (Cash will increase to $200 if we have 25 contestants) You can not win Overall if you are the Grand Supreme. We do not double Crown!
0-3 and 4 & Up Highpoint Supreme: The one contestant in the 0-3 and also 4 & Up with the highest combined score in Beauty, SW, and Photo will be awarded this prestige title. High Point Supreme will receive a 5 1/2" Crown, 5 foot trophy, satin monogrammed banner,pageant T-shirt. (We will also award Cash to each of the High Point Winners if we have 17 contestants)
You can not win any Overall if you are HighPoint Supreme Winner. We do not double Crown!
Divisional Queen Winners: One winner in each age group with the highest score in the beauty competition will receive a 5 foot trophy, rhinestone Crown, satin banner and Pageant T-shirt. All alternates will receive a trophy and pageant t-shirt.
Divisional Kings: One winner in each age group will receive a Boys Crown, satin monogrammed banner, 5 foot trophy, and gift. Alternates will receive a pageant t-shirt and trophy
Overall Western Wear, Proam, Most Beautiful, Photogenic, Portfolio, Congeniality (Must enter the Overall Optionals to win this)
We do not double Crown (meaning if you win overall you can not win age group, you will be awarded the highest title) Overall winners will receive a 5 foot trophy, Large Crown, pageant T-shirt, and satin momogrammed banner.
Divisional Sportswear, Photogenic, Portfolio: One winner in each age group will receive a nice plaque OR trophy.
Optional Proam Sportswear: You can do proam as an optional and if your proam score is higher than your Beauty sw score, your highest score will go into Supreme. One winner per age group will receive a trophy.
Age Groups:
Girls: 0-11 Months, 12-23 Months, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16 & Over
We do reserve the right to combine age groups if less than 2 in a group. Age day of pageant, no fall back! Be prepared to show proof if questioned about age.
Door Admission: $10 per adult, $5 per child. No one will be allowed in ballroom without a ticket. You can purchase tickets in advance or that day.
Registration: Bring your portfolio and photogenic to registration Friday night. Registration from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. You must register and turn in pictures at this time. If you can not make reg. then you can mail in your pictures and portfolio but you must send certfied or insured mail. Photos judged Fri. night, NO EXCEPTIONS! Meet on second floor at the Sierra Room. Note: The pageant is on the second floor and there is no elevator!
Competition begins 9:00 a.m. starting with Beauty, then Beauty SW, Pro-am, & Western Wear. Schedule will be adjusted and time set based on entries.
Get your entry in as early as possible, and you can choose where you want to be in line-up. First in, last out rule applies.

in our 2001-2202 Preliminary pageants.

I hate to let this go so cheap!! I do not like the dress and we know someone would love it, especially at this price!! Chiffon skirt, 10 1/2 inches--Sleeves are 12 inches from underarm to cuff and it has a 22 inch waist. 2 peices. It has well OVER 250.00 in stones and material and the shell was 200.00 to have made. It has some missing stones, (see pics) but I have them and will include them. This is a steal at $175.00!! The stones alone are WAY more than that!! I decorated it myself, it is a little stiff because of glue and I don't like my design!! Grab this beauty now IT WILL NOT LAST LONG!!!!

Miss Cass County Texas The national director of Victorian Dream Pageantry Ms. Cookie is my director also.Aswell as a wonderful person she has a great system and I hope to see as many of you as possible at the national competetion in October

We have had a terrible attack on our nation this week
so many people are suffering from this tragedy and I would like to help as mush as I can. I also hope you will as well.

Yes! Hawaiian Tropic Kids for Texas is back! The Little Miss & Mr. Hawaiian Tropic Pageant is the largest most successful Pageant system on the National and International levels. The "PARTY WEAR" Pageant will be held on Saturday September 29th, 2001 at Radisson Hotel & Suites in Dallas!

Participating in Hawaiian Tropic Pageants can open many doors for your child. Representatives from Modeling & Talent agencies are often in attendance, just waiting to spot those with a super smile or fantastic personality. No experience is necessary, only smiles and enthusiasm. This will be the day that your family will treasure for years to come!

Every child is a winner! Each child will receive a Trophy & Special Gift. The Winner in each Age Division (Girls 0 to 17 years; Boys 0 to 11 years) will receive a 3 ft. Trophy, a Beautiful Crown & Banner. There will also be a Mini Queen or King and three Runner Ups in each Age Division.

Future Kings & Queens Pageant
Saturday, Nov. 3, 1211 N. Commerce, Ardmore, OK Registration: 12:45 Pageant starts at 1:30 Kim Bobbitt, Director (580)276-2276
Beauty Competition(mandatory): $35 entry fee. Contestants should wear formal wear, sunday or pageant attire. Queens will receive a Dancin Debbie Doll, rhinestone tiara/crown, and banner. Older girls will receive a Collector's 2000 Barbie (instead of Dancin Debbie), tiara/crown, and banner. Kings will win a Scooter, medallion and banner. All others will receive a trophy for entering.
Grand Supremes: 0-3 years and 4 & Up. This highest title will be awarded to the one with the highest scores in Beauty, and 2 optionals. The Supremes will win a 5 foot trophy, crown & toy or doll.
Optionals (Note: You must enter your choice of 2 optionals in order to qualify for Grand Supreme winner, if you enter more than 2 only the 2 highest scores goes in for this prestige title!)
Photogenic: $15 entry fee. Bring your 8 1/2 x 11 or smaller picture to the pageant. One winner per age group wins a trophy!
Portfolio: $15 entry fee. Must be 6-10 pictures in an albumn or binder. One winner per age group will win a Ty beanie baby& award.
Western Wear: $15 entry fee. One winner per age group will win a Pageant Logo Garmet Bag (great for storing pageant clothes!)
Denimn Wear: $15 entry fee. One winner per age group will win a trophy. Outfit can be anything as long as at least 50% denimn.
Casual Wear: $15 entry fee. Anything goes from capri sets, skirts, etc. No glitz allowed on outfits. One winner in each age group wins a Pageant logo Garmet Bag.
Sportswear: $15 entry fee.Can be glitzy and yes, you can do proam or beauty modeling. One winner in each age group will win a trophy!
Talent: $15 entry fee. One winner in each age group wins a trophy!
WANT TO ENTER FREE? Refer 3 new contestants to the pageant and you can enter Beauty and 2 optionals for Free. Must have named on referred by line. SELL SPONSOR TICKETS! Everyone that sells 75 tickets can enter Beauty, and 2 optionals for FREE, BONUS....Everyone who sells 165 tickets can enter Beauty, 2 optionals plus receive a 5 foot trophy.
