Hi. I had this record when I was a kid. I'll never remember who wrote it or sung it. But what I remember is:

I was born a hundred years ago
I know everything there is to know-oh-oh
I know all about the airplanes and why they fly so high
(vroom, vrooom)
I was born a hundred years ago.

Iwbaya
I've been every place there is to go
I have sailed across the seven seas to many different lands
Iwbaya

something about
"I know all about the choo choo train and why they choo choo choo"

But I don't remember the Buffalo Bill verse

(at the very end, he goes down an octave. The song ends
on a very, very low "I was born a hundred years ago.)
