I just walked by a couple co-workers singing the Mares eat oats song and discussing the real words. Hence, I did the 'Al Gore Internet' search and was amazed at all the discussions. My only exposure to this song was the one recorded by Homer & Jethro and they might have added to some of the confusion as most of their recordings were spoofs.

I'm out of here as it's lunch time and today it's an ivy sandwich.
