The name of the song is "How Are You Gonna Keep Them Down On the Farm After They've seen Paree?", and is not from the 30's, but rather during World War I.It was very popular in its time, and recorded by Nora Bayes on a 78 rpm record. I suppose it was written in 1917. Here are the lyrics:
