Suggestion to find out the name and artist of a song:
Go to www.google.com and perform a search with the following arguments:

+"fragment of the lyrics of the song" +lyrics

i.e.: +"The first cut won't hurt at all" +lyrics

That's it. The trick is to use the quotation marks in order to search for the exact phrase. The use of the word "lyrics" helps to narrow down the search. The plus ("+") sign makes the following search argument mandatory, that is, only results containing the argument just as it's written, in this case the phrase "the first cut...", are shown.
