I believe that both songs were recorded by Frank Sinatra and released. Certainly my daughter has a CD with the "Would you like to swing on a star..." on it being sung by Old Blue eyes and I definately remember the "Where are you going?" song being sung by him too. This was back in the early 60's. Fact Is I remember the Where are you going song being shown on TV (in B&W nach.). What I mean by "being shown is that they showed it in a format that today would be called a music video. Outstanding presentation too and anyone who has kids would probably get a bit misty eye'd watching it.
