Dear Pamela: What a surprise! I decided to see if I could find the words to the song "Sylvest" that my uncle used to sing. A Google search showed up your inquiry! Perhaps you have found it. If not, put "Song" Brother Sylvest" in Google and there are lots of references. One link is below. Enjoy! I had the same thing happen with another song The Veteran. I inquired. No luck. then two years later got a reply from NZ. He was also looking. I searched on Google and found it, and sent it to him.
