i hate to tell you this twigs but that sounds like a trojan horse or a virus to me.
The same thing happened to my old p.c and i found out it was a trojan horse that some fucker sent to me. If you know anyone whos good with computers ask them to come around and have a look at it, they can run a few virus checks and check for a dodgy trojan .exe file.
If its not a virus or trojan it may be your computer telling you your spending too much time on it lol.
