I am a developmentalist with considerable faith in the Lower Merion Staff. I think we make every effort to help people with whatever they want. We support the direction that they think is important. We should work within each curriculum on keeping people abreast with new trends.
I also think we could use an army of tech support people. I know that is not practicle, but people will do what is comfortable. They have a lot on their plates. We can not expect them to spend hours and hours dealing with problems. The more I learn, the more frustration I hit. We have to find ways to minmize that for people with less technical confidence.
There are so many other ways to improve instruction. They will choose others if ours works pooorly for them.
