It has come to our attention that you have been posting the contents of some of our mails on an internet web-site. I really find this behavior totally inappropriate, Larry. I'm going to have to ask you to remove this offending content immediately. Furthermore, I'd like to discuss some of your comments on this website when you come in on Thursday.

I feel that all of us here at work have been extremely understanding regarding your position, and I feel that you have betrayed us by speaking about it so freely for the world to see. Frankly, your behavior is disgusting and reprehensible.
