It was an act against the community. It was our first post office and general store. Part of our heritage was destroyed through their actions. As someone who pays taxes to the village, I expect it to help maintain the historically significant aspects of our village.

With the development of the waterfront, the caliber of the investors in the immediate vicinity will dramatically increase. White trash areas like the Duck and the surrounding properties will be much more marketable to potential developers if they see a vivacios waterfront.

What do you propose to do with the problem of "White Trash"

If it meant that much to you...than you should have worked with the Colwell family instead of bullying them.If you had be nice that building would still be there, but no let's have a hissy fit and drive those people to taking down the very building they owned. God sees you and what you do. You have no shame so you don't care.
You did not own it. Acting as if you did own it when you don't is an act against the very constitution of this country.
Now instead of a warm family place to go eat we now have some prefab cold place with a drunken seahorse. It's okay you will start to bully them too.
