Crack in East Rockaway is out of control, the duck is a selling point and so are the docks, there is a crack house at the end of first ave on the right hand side that the police look the other way and the owner of the house a guy named eddie is a 65 year old crack head. East Rockaway way is a crack haven. 6 out of ten residents are crack heads.

You sound like a bunch of assholes. Your an asshole for selling your house. If you followed real estate, you would know that the park will increase the value of your house. Well, now it is increasing the value of a house that belongs to someone else (idiot).
It is easy to tell that you don't know what you are talking about just by the way you write and express yourself (That means that you are not smart.) So, go out and get a job and do something with yourself.

Do you really think people of this village would beleve that? what can those ads possible have generated? that score board cost $14,000, and the lites too? seems like a lot of money for ads? wouldent you say? And I am sure you dont live on that block, who would want to? the traffic, the lights, and a huge score board that you could see from shea........how can the village get away with this one???
where is the parking? where is the permits? people in that area better open their eyes! The Village in my eyes have gone to far. they just took the quality of life from those people and said we will fuck you... and you will like it!

Screw the people who live near the park! They had a chance two years ago to open their mouths about the first set of lights the village put in and didn't, so too bad now. The quality of life was taken away when they started using Williamson as a parking area and opened that gate. The village made it seem like it was just one family complaining, no one else did anything, so that family had to move for a better quality of life in a much better town. Good luck trying to sell those properties near there now. The values just took a dive!! What a white trash town!

You are soooooooooooooo... right the people of Williamson street all keep shut, no one wanted to get involved with a fight that could have been won. The Village just keep screwing and screwing the residents there. the area was starting to pick up, STARTING!!! but they
(The Village)fucked it all up. Dirtbag scum run that back- ass Village. and Ed Sieban who is a trustee is the cause, and in Fact it was two family's who were pursuing a fight.
and the Village gave them Bullshit. The night games were suppose to have ceased and weekend limited to 3 games, does not look that way. I KNOW.... I AM ONE OF THE FAMILY'S THAT SOLD MY HOUSE AT THE RIGHT TIME AND GOT THE FUCK OUT OF THERE!!!!! FUCK YOU EAST ROCKAWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excuse me, but what a terrible thing to say about a wonderful village. it is people such as yourself that ruin a community. There are people in this village that are kind and would help anyone at anytime, it's a great community. You're mocking those that live there.

I might agree that there could be motives, such as the park, the condo's blah blah blah, but keep it pretty and clean and public!if something is very wrong, there are ways to address it. we want nice people here and to feel safe, not dirt bags who mock where we life.

Let's focus on how we are going to deal with the forthcoming traffic and once the condo's are built even more traffic. It's a great place for car accidents and unsafe for children crossing the street during lunch. let's see how we can fix that? maybe a one way street or making the main road more direct next to Pathmark in Oceanside?

Well,, like anthing else in this world you have to fight for your rights. This was an issue that need to be fought at the start. The field was always there yes, but that lights no!! and the issue should have been the lights. if people there would of stayed on the topic of the lights there would have been a chance to stop the Village.

Now here is a guy (mike) who was afraid to open his fat mouth about the field and light problems because he has his own "demons" about his marina, and was afraid he was going to have problems with the Town (of Hempstead)if he fought the Village (of East Rockaway), he built a nice house with the field lights at his front door, no to mention a yard of Village garbage across fom that what a way to raise kids!!! that block would be nice if mouths were open from the start!!!! why would people lower quality of life and not voice an optinon is FUCKED UP
