![]() ((OOC: I’m making as if she’s coming back from the hunt… so some time has lapsed since the last post )) Her belly bulging, her pace slow with the extra weight, Black Ice made her way slowly back into the Tundra. She was in no shape to get into any sort of tussle with Greyn, Kosses or any others that might have wandered into the terrain. Once she’d stepped foot back onto pack territory, she found a nice leafy bush to settle under, and let her food digest. It was a few hours later when she emerged from her hiding spot, less full, and feeling more agile. Auds pricked forth, and she jogged into the heart of the territory, orbs scanning her surroundings alertly, watching for another sign of Greyn or Kosses. She sniffed the wind, and froze. She sniffed again, to make certain, and then started forward at a steady lope, her long legs eating up the ground without issue. As the familiar scent got stronger, Ice slowed, coming to a halt as soon as she’d spotted Mist. She stood still as a statue, watching both Mist and Greyn interact. Her own hackles rose along her shoulders and back, making her as big as Greyn, though the male was nearly her size anyway. All of them had been on their own for so long… How would they function as a pack… would they remember how to work with one another? Ice was the oddity of the group, with a sketchy past, and a temperamental personality. She had grown used to functioning on her own, and answering to none by herself. Re-learning how to answer to Mist would be trying for both of them no doubt… But deep down, she still felt a deep-seated loyalty to, and great affection for Silver Mist. Her relationship with Greyn had never been as solid, and more than likely, the two would come to a head at some point… who knew how long it would take. |
