Subject: 16U/14U TRYOUTS North New Jersey

Young 16U team in Bergen County is looking for 2 dedicated players(1 strong pitcher) to join a terrific bunch of HS freshman & sophomore girls. We are part of a solid and well respected organization that has been developing players, and producing quality softball (& baseball) teams, for the last 11 years.
The coach's current plan for THIS team is for 2 years - Right now we have a number of talented 14U eligible players, along with a solid core of young 16U players, all with a strong desire to work hard and develop, and have fun competing in 7-9 tri-state area Tournaments. This year we will be playing in 16U ISA Qualifiers (Nationals held in Ga.), ASA Qualifiers (Nationals held in Va.) and some other OPEN class Tournaments. If, and when, we qualify for more than one National Tournament the coaches, parents, and players will decideif we'll enter just one, or more. We are looking forward to a successful summer season, that we hope will continue through the fall and winter, as the players continue to play, and develop, as a team that will compete NEXT ('09) year on the 16U/18U 'A' Gold level, even entering a couple Showcases in places like Texas, Florida, or Arizona. All of our coaches are experienced, and extremely dedicated to the girls' success on the softball field, in school, and in life.
We've already begun our winter workouts, where we will be holding private tryouts the next 2 Sundays.
