First I groomed all my horses quickly. Then I tacked them up one by one and rode them for ½ an hour each. Then I gave them all another grooming. Then I groomed Colcot and took him out into 1 of the indoor rings. Then I took the small foal halter I was holding hand slowly put it in front of him to sniff out. Then I slowly started to slip it over his head. He bolted and galloped to the other side of the ring. Then I went and got Candy and took of her halter. Then I made sure Colcot was looking and slipped it over her head. Then I snapped her leadrope on and tied her to the fence. Then I went to Colbot and put the Halter slowly in front of his nose so he could sniff at it again. He sniffed at it and put his mouth right against it. Then I slowly tried to slip it over his head again but he bolted again. Then I went to him again then I gave him a sugar lump and a pat. I let him sniff the halter again. Then I slowly tried again to slip the halter over his head but this time he didnt bolt. He wiggled a bit but I managed to get it over his head and I tightened the buckle. Then I gave him another pat and a carrot. Then I sanpped a leadrope gently onto the halter and led him back to his and his mothers box stall and gave him a well deserved grooming. Then I gave all the horse hay, vitimans and minerals, oat/corn mix and fresh water. Then I slipped out the door and turned out the light.
