Nissa had just come from the Girls' wing and was on her way to the kitchen to make lunch for everyone. As she passed the closed door to the boys' dorm, she heard soft notes of a reed flute escape from beneath the door. She paused hesitantly, unsure if she should check on Kaos Bane or if she should leave him be.

Then an idea struck her. She fumbled through the pockets of her dress for a pencil and paper. She found a small crumple paper and began to sketch on it. She moved the pencil in quick curving movements. After a few minutes, she admired her work. On the small page was a pencil sketch of a young Revere seated on a log with a pipe to his lips.

Nissa folded the sketch once and then slipped it under the door. She moved on down the hall to check in with Arore Moon and then off to the kitchens.
