He trotted after her giving her the space she may wish. Staying a few feet away from her just in case, he cast his gaze over to her and spoke quietly. ~I have a small grasp over magic which allows me this change.~
He rolled his shoulders into a shrug and took a few steps in her direction. ~What Storm says is partly true in the fact that I am all light in whatever form I take.~
His ears flicked once as he looked to her softly. ~I have seen a lot of the world, fair lady. You must not let this sadness overcome you. Look at all we have. From all our efforts, we have. The land is beautiful and lush but we are all together as a herd as it should be. We are family and there is nothing any other world or the darkness can do about that. If we dwell on the past and things we cannot change, then what we have is forgotten and it is easier for all to be lost.~
He looked down a moment and then back up again pawing a hoof at the terra lightly. ~You are the strongest person I know. The nitpicking about other worlds and attacking the evils is not right. If we are truly light, we would not attack except in defense of another. We make the best better and live as well as we can together. Please do not let these things worry you. I see it tearing you apart inside and... I... it hurts me to see you so.~
He fell quiet after that wondering if he'd said too much only truly wanting to see her happy once more. He'd bit his tongue before he said the addition he wanted to whisper thinking better of it at the moment but it was still on his tongue. He dropped his muzzle toward the ground and lightly sniffed at the ground before raising his gaze to her once more.
