: ~ sliding a roasting pan onto the wooden counter...laying the whole vulo inside...sprinkling the cavity of the bird with salt and pepper...arranging the small onions round the bird...peeling off three garlic cloves...gathering several thyme sprigs...tucking them inside the cavity of the vulo ~

: ~ thumping herself on the side of the head...disappearing inside the chillery again for butter...spreading the soft butter over the surface of the vulo...sprinkling liberally with salt and pepper...grabbing a mixing bowl from below counter...dropping the veggies in...pouring in some oil...seasoning with salt and pepper....finishing mixing that together....arranging the veggies including the onions once again around the bird ~

: ~ lifting the now full roasting pan up...padding to the firepit....bending at her small waist...sliding the vulo in with care...straightening she decides to make some biscuits as well...cleaning the counter of her first mess....snagging another mixing bowl for the biscuits ~
