I just watched the demorec, I saw 3 things that you could see as "ghosting". Sure, there were some other smaller things, but nothing that I wouldn't accept or do (like everyone telling Quze where to go when he was the last men alive on def). Those 3 things; 1)By Crowse, round 6, he said "lower" for 40mm fire in bar. 2)By The_Nut, round 7 "midwinter go to your right" Nut was dead for more then a minute a few sec later he said "go around the front". I didn't see what happened since the cam was not anywhere near Mid though... 3)By Crowse, round 14 "bar" few second later "lower" he was dead for 30+ seconds, he probably didn't see who killed him.
