Ok folks, let's use this forum after these little adds (I need to find back the admin password to clean this shit altough it makes some funny comments).
My loadout: mp5 + hk
Without scope, don't expect me to guards the big alley. I tend to take the tunnels and often the right part of the fortress that overview the bridge. On some rare occasion, I may be marauding on the ground.
Generally, teams spawn well apart (cave and fortress)however in several occasions, I've seen both team spawning inside the fortress so be very aware when you're doing your first moves and watch out these rushes (yes, you, dap).
On the normal spawns, upper tunnel and bridge are the only choke points and nade cleaning may be the only truely working solution. I expect JgKdo will be using massive amount of these nades to clean the spots (watch out Cleeus and his m203, he is very precise with it). So, be very precise in your placement and hide behind a crate or wall as much as you can. I think we might need one or 2 scopes unless you have all 21" monitors running at a fucking high resolution. Chasm is a very competitive map in all domains where all tactics are used: CQB, sniping and nading.
In short for me:
if I spawn in caves, I'll take tunnels most of the time.
If I spawn in fortress, if close to tunnel, I gi up, otherwise I take right side.
IMPORTANT: flanking will be kinda hard in this map and against a team like JgKdo. You can be SURE that they will always left at least one (if not 2) member in the back to protect their rear, to kill any of us flankers.
They will use Roger Wilco. I don't know their level of honesty but I propose that if you die, you send a last message giving your location...
In def, as long as we can keep them out from one or other zone, it should be ok. Don't forget they use to take long passages if they are blocked in a given choke point (they may left one or 2 player and make the big turn around). If they get in buildings while we def the fortress, the situation will be very hot!
JgKdo has also tehir rusher like Equalizer and Alo08 so be very aware. They have a good mix of competent players but they tend to be very predictable. I kicked the ass of Exorzist and Alo08 on Cuban Dawn while alone, I just had to use my brain and watch my back and won all the rounds except one (for the time we were us 3 only) despite the fact I was almost still using the "same" spot (uphill but sometimes downhill and marauding around the hill).
Also, they walk crouching most of the time, SO YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HEAR THEM! Pay attention to this and try to do the least noise possible.
Last remark about myself: if upper tunnel is clear, a good spot is the way to the MG. Being there is dangerous but being half way to watch people coming from lower tunnels makes it one of the deadliest spot in Chasm and one of my favorite when I can access this one. So don't tk me please. :p
