'Administrates' is probably too strong a word. The archive pages only go up to 2004 because that's what Patrick's sent me. The viewer at tr.froup.com/tr.pl tries to fetch a new strip every day, so I've added the OhNoRobot stuff to that.

Please, make sure you type the transcriptions in right, because I'm probably just gonna approve them all without checking...
